About CookieBeam
CookieBeam is a consent management platform: a cookie banner, a scanner that finds what your website actually sets, and the tools to record and respect each visitor’s choice.
Our mission
Make honest consent practical for teams of every size. That means publishing our prices, describing what the product does rather than promising legal outcomes, and keeping the claims on this website tied to the code that implements them.
What CookieBeam does
- Scheduled multi-page scans of your site, before and after consent, to find the cookies, scripts and connections it really uses
- Automatic blocking of non-essential scripts until the visitor consents
- Google Consent Mode v2, Microsoft consent, GPP for US states and Global Privacy Control
- Regional rules that adapt the banner to where each visitor is
- Consent logs and signed consent receipts you can verify later
- A cookie declaration, cookie policy generator, preference center and data subject request portal
Who runs CookieBeam
CookieBeam is operated by Armin Zaribaf, Viale Giacomo Aicardi 8, 00177 Roma (RM), Italia.
The application and its database, including consent logs, are hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in an EU region. A few supporting services, such as email delivery and error monitoring, are based in the USA; the sub-processors list names every one of them and where it processes data.
